Growing up on a wide range of cartoons in the 80s brought us wonderfully bad things like Thundercats and Silverhawks. I was enamored by shows like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Woody Wood Pecker. I also enjoyed the classics and developed that first cartoon crush on a scandalous Betty Boop. I can across this make up tutorial the other day and had to share.
